Working terms

Clear projects, from day one.

These terms keep every project clear from day one — no surprises, no ambiguity.

  1. Scope & Change Requests

Every project starts with a defined scope. Work outside that scope is handled through a paid change request, agreed before it begins.

  2. Payment Terms

Fixed-price per project, not hourly. Standard terms: 40–50% upfront, balance on delivery. Larger projects use milestone-based payments (upfront / mid-build / delivery).

  3. Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverable once payment is complete. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing at the start of the engagement.

  4. Timeline

Delivery timelines depend on timely client input (content, feedback, approvals). Delays on the client side shift the delivery date accordingly.

  5. Support

Post-delivery support and maintenance are offered as a separate engagement, not included by default.

  6. Liability

Our liability is capped at the total value of the project contract.

  7. Confidentiality

Client data and project details are kept confidential under a mutual NDA where required.

  8. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with notice; completed work is billed based on milestones reached.

  9. Pricing Basis

All pricing is scope-based. Hours worked are not disclosed or billed beyond the agreed fixed price, and no performance/outcome metric is contractually guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing.
